What's up, Frederico?
Frederico Morais began surfing at the age of 6, and has dreamed of being one of the best in the world ever since. In a country with strong traditions surrounding the sea, surfing has been ingrained in Fred's life from the jump. Becoming only the second Portuguese surfer to make the CT, there's a reason he's affectionately called, "The Prince of Portugal."
Competitive fire and discipline runs in Morais' blood, as his father, Nuno, was also a professional rugby player in Portugal. Like his father, Frederico also represents his country well, competing at the highest level of his sport.
Defined by endless passion, persistence, & focus, Fred has never given up on his dream of being one of the best surfers in the world.
He already is.
Fred will share his story in 5 episodes. Here is the first of his new series, "What's Up, Frederico."
